Another day, another big legal victory for the major record labels in their continuing fight against Internet infringement.
This time the labels' target was LimeWire, the peer-to-peer (P2P) service that for the past decade has enabled more than 200 million users worldwide to download and share billions of songs, without licenses from, or payments to, copyright owners. Read more DETERRENCE THEORY here
